To apply online for the PNP clearance, go to the PNP official website at  https://pnpclearance.ph/.

The PNP clearance is free for applicants who are First-time Job Seekers. Mark the check box “please check if you are a first time job seeker (RA 11261 First Time Job Seeker Assistant Act)” You can avail of this offer only once in a lifetime. You will also need a barangay clearance certificate because it is compulsory to avail of this offer. 

📅Step 5: Schedule an Online Appointment:

The 4th step is to schedule an online appointment. It means, select the police station(name and address of the preferred police station) and time(select from the working days and specific time, either AM or PM) for the online appointment to go to the police station to collect the PNP clearance.

Note: It is recommended to click on the 👤 Edit Profile button before proceeding to the next phase. Review and update your profile details for any errors, spelling mistakes, or missed information. All this information will appear on the printed national police clearance certificate. In case of erroneous, all responsibility will be on the applicant and not on the part of the PNP’s. It means you will revise the whole process to correct any minor errors in the certificate. 

Then click on the Clearance Application button.

When you click this button, another page will appear. On that page, you need to select your preferred police station, with name and location shown below, and then select a day and time, with either AM or PM from the available slots.

💳Step 6: Online Fee Payment for the PNP Clearance:

Step 5 is to pay the PNP processing fee.

Click on the LandBank of the Phils under the PAYMENT OPTIONS. It will show a national police clearance fee amounting to PHP 150 that you need to pay to secure your appointment.  Then click Next.

A payment summary will be displayed on the screen. 

The reference number highlighted in red colour is important for fee payment and acts as proof of national police clearance fee payment. It is one of the three requirements which you have to present at the police station.
