You will apply online for the police clearance. Step 1: Online Registration through the NPCS(National Police Clearance System) website:
To apply for national police clearance, you have to do online registration first through the following Philippine police clearance official link https://pnpclearance.ph/.
Click on the link and it will direct you to this home page.
Now if you are a first-time applicant you need to click on the REGISTER button and sign up with your credentials.
Otherwise; if you had already registered and had an account. You need to click on the LOGIN button and provide your registered email and password.

Step 3: Online Fee Payment for the National Police Clearance ID:
You have the reference number. Now you can proceed with fee payment for the police clearance. Click on the Click here to pay button and You will be taken to the LBP ePayment page where you can pay the police clearance fee through Land Bank, G-cash, BancNet cards, or the 7-Eleven payment option.
- Select your preferred payment option.

GCash is a mobile wallet that allows its users to perform transactions using their smartphones. You can pay the police clearance fee through GCash by following simple steps without going to visit a physical payment center.
