Step 1. Login to Your NPCS Profile:

Go to the NPCS official website by clicking the following link, https://pnpclearance.ph/. 

It is the home page of the PNP official portal. It contains two button: REGISTER and LOGIN. Here we will click on the LOGIN button, because we are understanding the process of online police clearance renewal in the Philippines. We had already registered our account and we are seeking the procedure of how to renew our police clearance.

Click on the LOGIN button. A new sign-in window will appear on the screen.  

It is the login/sign-in page. It contains two sections: for registered email and password. It also have a linkable text in green color "Forget Password? Click here". Incase an applicant forget their password, he/she can recover it by clicking on this text. Provide your registered email and a new window will appear for resetting the password. Here we need to provide the registered email and password to login to our account.

 Provide your registered email address and password. Then click the Sign In button to login to your profile.

Step 2. Select the Renewal (Non Appearance) Option:

When you click the Sign In button, You will get to the following page. 

It contains three buttons: edit profile, clearance application, and transaction. the clearance application button is highlighted for the convenience of the user. Here we need to click on the clearance application button to start the process of renewing the clearance certificate.

Step 3. Upload Required Documents:

  •  Recent 2*2 passport-size photos with white background
  • and a selfie of yourself holding your valid ID card.

Step 4. Visit the Selected Police Station on the Appointment Day:
